Cashless payment
In the be•at venues, you pay 100% electronically. There are several options for cashless payments.
With your bank card or smartphone
We accept Bancontact, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay at all bars and food stands and at our box offices.
With the be•at cashless card
You can also purchase a be•at cashless card worth 10, 20 or 50 euros.
Once purchased, you can top up the cashless card as often as you like with an amount of your choice.

You can buy the cashless card at the information desk of each be•at venue.
How to top up?
You can top up your cashless card in three simple ways:
Via our website
Via the app (available for download via the App Store or Play Store)
At the information desk. You can top up your cashless card with either a bank card or cash.
Limited validity
The balance on your card has a limited validity. If you leave the card unused for longer than 18 months, the amount on the card will be reset to zero.
You can check the balance of your card at any bar or food stand, at the recharge points, via the app and through the cashless card website.
Not valid at parties
You cannot use the cashless card at parties. For parties we usually use special cashless cards or drink vouchers specific to that event. These can only be used at that party, and not at a later event.
Lost your card?
If your card is registered, you can request a new card with the remaining balance. Cards that are not registered online cannot be blocked. The balance of these cards is therefore non-transferable.
Requesting a refund
Is there money left on your cashless card and you don't want to purchase anything else? Then you can request a refund.
